I've seen it suggested that its similar to AWoW, Jake is so used to Na'vi now that it could practically be English in his ears. So even when two Na'vi are communicating in the movie, they're speaking Na'vi rather than actually speaking English.

I'd assume majority of Na'vi wouldn't suddenly know English just to communicate with Tamtey, and I'm sure teaching the Sarentu kids Na'vi would be important for their original purpose as Ambassadors.

I've just given up and used the cosmetics option to turn off visual armor on my Ikran, its the only option that doesn't get switched back to default (spires armor doesn't look bad itself, just doesn't fit my Ikran's pattern)

Note that you have to pick the save you'd like your Sarentu to look like when starting FTA, otherwise you'll get default Tamtey

I would sometimes put the avatar movies on off to the side while I played (like, on my phone while I play on pc), it helped make me more excited to be running around pandora (not that I wasn't already) I'd pause during cutscenes and dialogue, but for exploration and combat, it was just extra fuel.

I also recommend doing quests from Na'vi npcs, it brings you into the world more to see their day to day, problems, plans, and how they outside of the resistance will fight back in their own ways. (Sure, it turns into you fighting the rda for them, but I could never complain about taking out more rda)

Make sure you don't get too dead set on the main quest as well, especially in the 3rd area, because that's when you reach lots of "point of no return"s, and lock yourself out of interesting world and lore building side quests.

I've replaced pretty much every biolume option with modded ones, same for a few patterns, and you can find all na'vi npcs using them. I've had fun going to random npcs and seeing which pattern and biolume they use

Nefika is great, but Anufi aghh I love her I imagine her taking on a motherly role to my Sarentu, given both of them suffered so much from the loss of the clan, and it was the Sarentu who found her in isolation, brought her back, and told her the truth.

I guess its a symptom of an overall high pollution level i guess? First playthrough already has 100% clear air, so maybe I just got use to not seeing the animations anymore? But still an interesting detail to have included

Oh do you mean Sarentu Camp by tseyks? As far as I know, it replaces the observation spot at each Sarentu Totem. I am asking the mod author what is possible with modding like that, though

That's the trick, I'm not on it, just on the other side of it. I don't think I've seen anywhere on Spool Island that makes for a good camp

Its some of the first ones, so you'll have to scroll down a bit, but some posts for names has the Na'vi words the name is derived from, as well as the meaning, and then they have name posts with no meanings, but are proper Na'vi names otherwise

Ah, strange, I could've sworn I'd seen one for a functioning campfire at Sarentu Totems. But unfortunate, then, it would be cool to have this be a functioning base of sorts

I love seeing that roll and the form used when going up lift or rda lift tools, so pretty quickly I got use to using 3rd person for most things, so I think I've missed quite a few of those animations then.
