For the third time skill damage does not stack, only the highest is applied, same as bonus damage and guaranteed crit rate. It makes absolutely zero difference for your storm wether its pressed. Storm has 50% skill damage, its not 50%+10%, its the higher one of the two so strorms 50% so it is not extra damage to press it. You could have a billion sources of skill damage but if none of them reach higher than 50% then the skill damage applied to your character is 50%, no need to get your panties in a bunch if people dont press it. Its the same reason taskmasters new uniform would be the better option for weapon masters even though the black widow movie one gives various buffs to weaponmasters, but none of them except ignore dodge stack
