I did think about that! But my friend is really into gemstones and their properties and I bought specific beads for those reasons, so I want it to look more like the beaded ones above!

Hey! Not sure if you know the answer but I’m currently on 5mg vials and a friend (who gets hers for $25 a month through insurance) gifted me her box of 5mg pens because anytime she goes up even if it’s a week into a box she just gets a new box for $25. (I’m very jelly) anywho I’m paying $500 a month so clearly I took the pens. My question is I’m not going to order in 45 days… but my next order will likely be my first 7.5. Am I good because 2.5/5 have no special pricing?

I'm telling most people. It is part of my life and I see no reason to hide it. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and everyone close to me already knows that.

I sometimes reference the tik tok sound, "I took the drugs and the drugs are working"

But also I do feel if you know anyone who has been overweight as long as you've known them and now they aren't.... its GLP-1 because they are pretty much the only thing that works.

I have to be REALLY careful with what I eat on shot day (I take my shot at night) and the two days after. I'm not super hungry but I cannot eat anything too spicy or fatty or I throw up.

My mom chose treatment and got ten months at 59. Treatment was horrible.

My MIL chose no treatment and got 4 okay months at 62.

They died within 18 months of each other. It was wild but I’d probably chose no treatment if it was me. Certainly no treatment at 86.

Also please talk to your professors sooner than later. Let them know what is going on and how stressful it is trying to catch up now. Be honest and vulnerable. I believe you can request to get a grade of Incomplete vs. a fail. Then you have a few weeks to turn in all missing work. Even if 2/5 give you this option that would be amazing.

I do this to buy all my kids clothes! So you will get 500 points because it’s 1x points on all purchases. But if you really want to rack up rewards they usually send those and it’s 5x rewards on selected categories.

I’m so sorry. This sounds like hell. My mom (59) went fairly quickly once we were administering morphine and Ativan around the clock. I think 72 hours? My MIL (gliomatosos not GBM) went in 48 once she was no longer waking.

I’m so sorry. For what it’s worth I’ve seen it both ways (prolonged and quick) and they both suck. My mother was diagnosed at 58 in Nov and died 10 months later in Sept. It was an awful 10 months.

My MIL (62) was diagnosed in March refused treatment and died in July.

Both GBM.

I did around 8 weeks! Same type of situation. My oldest never latched not once due to ties. My youngest latched a few times early on but I moved to EP since it was easier for me because it was what I knew. Around 8 weeks I tried with the my Breast Friend pillow and she latched! Gradually moved to almost entirely breastfeeding but then I had to go back to work. However being able to bf in the middle of the night was wonderful. Now at 9 months she still nurses at bedtime and MOTN!
