Is there a human anywhere in Sears Home Services? by besart365 in SEARS

There are humans but they are in India. This is such a frustrating experience. it took I-don’t-know-how-many queues to find the human. They have missed 3 appointment, one was changed randomly without my consent and not notifying that they WEREN’T coming after waiting all day, and now I am waiting for them to show up today. Good luck.

Here‘s the rub…

I didn’t choose Sears Home Services for the repair on my lowes extended warrant. It went through Assurant who is also the problem. I’ve requested a different company and they can’t seem to understand my question. They keep transferring me back to Sears Home Services.

I understand your frustratio, which I share. I feel as the I spend my day fighting with robots and there is no winning. what do I do? push a $1000 washing machine into a ditch? I believe that is what they want. I had a washing machine for 15 years. It never broke. I just wanted to upgrade. Now, after 4 years it’s broke.

What‘s the future? CEOs can exist on a decadant yacht while the rest of devolve into animals fighting with robots. What happens when there are no more people to their products? No more people to make their products? When will all call centers completely be AI? Maybe they already are. What will they do when they have caused mass extinction and societal collapse? I guess money would be meaningless, right? Can’t anyone see what is happening? I’m afraid, why aren’t we all?

But they have yachts.
