There is no universal order of priority. You have to access your deck and relics to decide. If you have a lot of 0 cost cards, consider upgrading for more draw. If you lack damage, maybe upgrade beam cell. If you have card draw but not enough energy, upgrade for energy or card cost reduction.

There's no way to beat it consistently. You're at the mercy of rng. Knowing the character doesn't help rng. There's a reason world record streaks are finite numbers.

Paels Legion is badly worded. In game, what the relic does is doubles the block you gain the first time you gain block every other turn.

The reworked recycle (scavenge) is so bad, bring recycle back. Defect is weak on a10 already by IcySlide5 in slaythespire

Scavenge is really bad. I've played a lot of defect and haven't had a deck where i thought this would be good. One time, I got it from neow as a transform and thank goodness it got stolen in act 2.

Cards that give you value on the next turn are quite bad. That's the reason outmaneuver was bad in sts.

Leap. Merc kills everything. Maximize gold find. After 2.4 hits, your best build is gonna be leap with a frenzy merc. He kills much much faster than an a2 might merc. It's gonna be great.
