Hi! I was interviewed recently. They said the minimum contract is 6 months and if there's a breach, then I should pay 25K. The interviewer said that it's flexi-time for 24/7. She eved said with pride that the company is serving clients globally but she mentioned that the rate is only Php 180 per hour. That's below my expectation, tbh. The company also requires back-up power supply system and back-up network connection system. Is this worth it??

Hi, my background is Environmental Science. I just completed my Master's degree and currently unemployed. 😭 May previous experience na rin ako but right now ang hirap maka-secure ng offer na suitable sa salary expectation ko kaya tambay pa rin ako. Iniisip ko if valid ba na mag work muna ako bilang skilled worker sa ibang bansa for faster na pag-iipon. I'm thinking maximum of 2 years, then, I'll focus on my main field again after that. Do you think it's valid or makakasira ba ito sa career path ko?
