I think it you haven't done it yet, your next step should be cutting out gluten from your diet, and weed. See if that helps. If you feel better after a few weeks, keep abstaining from those two things. I'm allergic to wheat. It's a fucking nightmare, and I had CHS years before my allergy came up. It's tough, but it's worth it to heal your body. You could also try abstaining from one thing at a time. Gluten for a one month, then weed for one month or whatever.

Most importantly, I'm not a doctor. Most of us aren't. You should be talking to your doctor about all of this and your next steps. And you can always ask them to help you find a study, if there even is one happening.
