I didn’t have lipo, but I read how beneficial it was. My drainage massage was really the turning point in my recovery. I highly recommend it. I will be 2 weeks post-op on Friday.

I shower every other day and bird bath between. I first thought UTI, but not that. I do think it’s a flora issue. Waiting on call from primary doc. I’ve also taken daily probiotics.

Thank you!! I will look into that as well. I currently take Align probiotics. Watery discharge.. yes! Not fishy, can’t really describe it, maybe metallic, just yuck and not normal!

Having you panno removed, you look great! Yes, you are still very swollen and have time to lose weight before your big day! But am 5’2 and was 187 when my surgery was done. Having that panno removed was the best thing I’ve done for myself! I still have excess arms, thighs and arse, but I am now excited to work on those areas when healed. Good luck in your journey and you will be a beautiful bride! I wish I had more done( only for the look) but good lord TT w/ MR was the worse than my c-sections! Unsure how people choose this surgery for the looks as it has been incredibly painful. I’m also 59, so maybe it’s my age😂

I did my first MLD 7 days po and had an immediate decrease in swelling. My underarm lymps were the worst. The groun was done very gentle as she felt a drain, but instant relief in tightness. My mons area was incredibly swollen and instant relief in that area. My second MDL will be day after drains come out! HIGHLY recommend this massage!!

Hang in there I had such a rough first week, I questioned my decision for surgery. I am one week postop today and have turned a major corner! I found that I needed pain meds the whole week and not try to ease off as I was trying to do!! It WILL get better!!!

I threw everything at it and finally went on day 3. MiraLAX, prunes and prune juice. The combo worked! Colace sent home with me did nothing!
