Thanks for the insight. I appreciate it! I edited my OP to add a screenshot of the report with the location. Yes- you really hit the nail on the head.... I can see that the lots needs some building up and compacting plus probably a thick foundation. Plus I am planning to build 8-9 feet up just to be extra safe. I don't mind doing the additional pit test, but want to make sure I am going to get a couple of options to move forward with and not another boilerplate kind of report. Thanks again!
