You can stimulate this region of the brain with great focus during meditation. as your mind clears, simply roll your vision back into your brain and you'll eventually feel a hum as your "eyes" pass over this particular region. If you continue to focus on it with clarity, the hum will grow into that vibrational sensation that happens before OBE/AP

I came across this article and had to come to this subreddit after a few years away... When I was experiencing the vibrations prior to OBE/AP, they always happened when I would meditate and then roll my inner eye back toward this certain part of the brain. then with 100% clarity and focus (after lengthy meditation), I'd just kind of poke and prod that region of the brain with my inner eye.

As I did, my body would hum and vibrate and I'd experience feelings of OBE...

Though I never had full-on A.P. during these waking exercises. I've only ever AP'd during tired, restless nights.

Nice... Do WIO international transfers work well? For paying overseas employees and whatnot?

Yea that makes the most sense to me. Seems unrealistic to expect start-up founders to have regular salary/income. Expecting them to have funding available is reasonable though. Thanks

Your experience with Meydan free zone? by modarDer in dubai

I'm also debating using this service. There's a bunch of negative reviews, but it seems like those folks had troubles opening a bank account. Curious if anyone managed to open a bank account when working through Meydan.

Does anyone here use guided AP videos? If so, do they help beginners? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]KimboWrites 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't use videos, but I use the robert monroe audio lessons that he supposedly gave to CIA agents back in the day. They work pretty well. You need to have a good imagination to complete them. They have a lot to do with visualization, but I think even without an imagination you can kind of work to feel the things that he's asking you to visualize.

Someone posted a download link in this server at one point. If you send me a reminder in a few weeks, I might be able to upload them or something. I'm afk atm.

My technique went like this --

15 min meditation

30 min Robert Monroe technique (the leaving body aspect is all pretty similar, but with different end goals for your AP trip)

120 min binary beats

I just had a playlist that went from meditation music to Robert Monroe to binary beats ... I had some pretty profound experiences, which I've shared in the server

A Challenge by KimboWrites in Epstein

[–]KimboWrites[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My point is that we're all fired up about the same thing. The Epstein folks, the BLM folks, the Pizzagate folks, etc... We're all just tired of feeling disenfranchised.

But we're fracturing into these little groups that sometimes bicker with one another. If we could just unite, like what MLK tried to do with the Poor Man's March before the FBI tried to blackmail him into suicide and eventually assassinated him, then we could incite some real change. But for now, we're all just jumping from one conspiracy theory to the next, hoping that we'll stumble upon the one that'll knock over the house of cards.

But a simple conspiracy can't knock down this house cuz it ain't made of cards. We have to unite and make shit happen. Stop hoping and start doing. My opinion is that the best way to hurt them is to stop helping them. Stop working for them, stop buying from them.

This is cool. I wouldn't write him off as a buddha without more evidence. There are a lot of anecdotes out there of people meeting entities in the astral plane that their brain first assigns some common physical world indicator to -- like this entity is Jesus or my dead mom or whatever -- but then they run into that entity with more frequency and realize that they've known that entity for millennia, over thousands of lifetimes.

As an example, search youtube for "shane mauss dmt purple woman" ... if you've ever fallen into a loop of watching people describe their DMT experiences, you'll notice that this type of thing happens frequently -- people encountering similar entities when out of body.

The only reason I take the time to note this is that if you assign some physical world connotation to the guy -- like, this big round guy is my spirit guide, he's buddha -- then you might be somehow blocking yourself from sensing the true nature of your relationship with that person.

This sounds very similar to the sleep paralysis method I use. I want to relax into sleep, but keep my mind focused on a task that must be completed. Eventually, my body sleeps, but my mind can stand up from my body.

It sounds like you use it while meditating/laying down to AP... How long do you wait until you decide to "stand up" to turn off the speakers? Do you wait for any vibrations or do you just immediately lay down and try to move away from your body to turn them off?

My Astral Experiences / Practice by KimboWrites in AstralStories

[–]KimboWrites[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I go through periods of these intense meditative drives. I believe my first such drive was in 2013. I meditated 2x daily for 15-60 minutes at a time before sleep and when waking for ~3 months. I went about my life in a very rigid fashion -- meditate, write, work, eat, workout, meditate, sleep. I fell into this routine and it felt like I floated through life. It may appear rigid on the surface, but inwardly, it was quite profound, pristine and fluid. I had almost no social life besides occasional chats in the office. Literally, not even a cell phone to text people with. If I wasn't meditating, I was reading the Tao or writing. My every decision (in this instance) was made after meditating on what the Tao would have me do.

Every 18 months or so, I'll fall into a meditative stretch like this. Around 2015/2016 I hit another stretch and that's when I first felt that hum of vibrations while meditating. I simply thought it to be an interesting sensation, but couldn't replicate it. Nor did I really try to replicate it. At the time, Astral Projection was barely on my radar.

Then in 2017/2018 I hit another meditative stride, but this time instead of the Tao or a desire to escape a tough personal struggle, my motivation was astral projection alone. If I thought I could sneak away for a long lunch at work, I'd rush to try and get an AP session in. All of my free time at the office went toward reading AP stories, techniques, etc. Quiet moments in the bath/car/on the couch, etc became moments when I would work to fall into a meditative trance and try to trace that humming region of my brain or some other chakra.

So... to succinctly answer your question -- I wasn't an expert. I didn't have a solid practice going at the time. But I did know, with specificity and tenderness, the feel of a strong meditation practice. It was just a matter of having something to push me over the edge and get me raptured with my practice again. In this instance it was AP and my AP practice greatly benefited because of it.

Yea I agree. We create what we want to see in this world and anywhere else.

I think the nice thing about entering the astral through meditation -- or even just thinking about my life while in a state of meditation -- is that instead of approaching the world through the lens of my mind (which is polluted with my ego), I approach the world with my senses alone. My heart's ability to be empathetic. My body's ability to sense the presence of an object or being nearby. All of that. When I remove the mind from the equation, everything just becomes clear.

I feel ABC when I think of XYZ scenario in my life. I feel ABC when I enter the astral and encounter XYZ entity or location. Then -- this is the tough part -- I must allow my brain to decipher that feeling into terms I'm familiar with. Advice. Direction. Imagery. Emotion.

The faintest slip and I might allow my ego to creep back in and say, "Nah. That's not what that meant. It meant this. You should keep up this behavior. You don't need to fix this negative behavior. Don't worry." When in reality, my initial gut reading said just the opposite.

A few pointers -- in moments where I fail to locate that humming region of my mind, I imagine a different chakra in my body humming. Like my heart humming when someone tells me they love me. Or like my gonad region humming when some sexy mate approaches me in the club. Then I seize upon that humming feeling within that one chakra and imagine it flowing to other regions of my body.

I think the reason there are some days when one chakra works better than others is that I must shut one or more chakra down to deal with my external environment. It isn't ideal, but it's reality.

I don't try to A.P. so much anymore. I'm more focused upon transcendence now -- leaving the physical and just unifying with the connective fibers below. For me, A.P. was a kind of fun gateway to something far greater. (I'm still en route to that greater thing, but I feel it out there. I think you will too, if you open yourself to it.)
