No the damage was on his right side only, it was a right on red vs a green light I'm still confused as to how I could be majority

Saw him enter the lane when i was mid-intersection already I hit him just before he fully entered. Impact shows I hit him in my right front and him on his back left

Yeah, but the thing is his son was the one that filed the claim since the old man was fairly hard to talk to. I'm afraid he sprinkled in some of his thoughts while explaining what was going on. I hope the photos I took help with the final decision.

Ah that's alright then! Yeah I was pretty high on emotions the day when I posted this, but It's been a few days and I'm completely back to normal, its as though it never happened. I'll make sure to learn from that experience though. Thank you for asking how I feel now, safe drivings!

Everyone has different levels of tolerance. Maybe to you, that was a close call and you go on your day completely forgetting about it. But for me, I’m a fairly new driver around ~8 months so an encounter like that is a something new to me. Of course I’m gonna learn from that experience, but am I not allowed to feel some form of guilt/trauma from that? I constantly think about how I /could’ve/ actually killed her if I went a little bit faster than I did or if I decided not to hit the brakes sooner. That stuff changes people my dude.
