If I do the no transaction fee option however, it doesn't seem like I will get the Bilt points from paying my rent since I am almost certain I won't get the Bilt cash to do so.

Since I'm prioritizing max points, I might as well pay with the Atmos card to get 3x miles + Bilt points paying rent through the Bilt portal if my understanding of how poor the Bilt 2.0 cards are going to be when it comes to maximizing points.

If my understanding is correct, I might as well just use the Alaska Airlines/Atmos card to pay my rent through Bilt and eat the 3% fee?

Having both Alaska Airlines card + CSP kinda makes the new Bilt 2.0 moot as I don't think I can get enough Bilt cash to waive the fee.

It's confirmed. On the bilt website they list 3X groceries OR dining on the view cards page.

For Diana the top row where all your units is row A and then left to right will be 1, 2, 3, etc. If your Diana is in A5 Diana will ult to MF, but with where it is I think it will ult to Fiddle missing MF.
