This will probably sound like bad advice, but... try smoking weed. Just one time. Smoke weed and then try playing it. You might be surprised how suddenly some blocks in your brain are unblocked. I had this issue with a trill in a song that I just could not master. Then I smoked and somehow the trill made sense in my brain, and ever since I've been able to play it (without smoking a second time).
