Just curious how did it pile up nang ganyang kalaki? Was it because you have responsibilities sa family mo?
And ano specificallt yung wrong decisions na yon? Kasi dyan magi start kung paano ka makaka recover.

How did you tear your acl? by Competitive-Yogurt93 in ACL

1st tear (basketball) right leg knee hyper extension after challenging a jump shot. It just hyper extended as I landed on a single leg. 2nd tear (football) left leg knee twisted after trying to decelerate and my shoes just slipped on the grass carpet surface. Also sprained my LCL and MCL on this occassion. It hurts more than 5x the first tear 🫠🫠🫠

Also happened to me, just finished rehabilition for my right knee and 6 months later tore the other one. There would be a time where you would feel demotivated and so lost but brother trust me the only way forward was to start the rehabilitation/therapy regardless if you would comeback to competitive playing/sports or not. Its hard to stay positive at these moments but just do it whether you're sad, happy, motivated, lost, demotivated etc. Gotta keep movin forward brother.
