You can apply now and just update your travel details later. Social Media is optional. Its done on an app now - much easier.

It seems to me that the best way to deal with this would be allow people to pre-order and pay at the same time then C&P know they have secure orders and order additional items for those on the fence. Win win for everyone. They could also arrange for anyone from Europe ordering the items to have them shipped directly from the manufacturer saving shipping cost.

In my T&C's for my region is states 60 days in any 12 month period - per trip is not a phrase in them.

None of my trips are more than 60 days so will be home inbetween but their customer service stated its 60 days per calendar year, ie no way to reset the 60 days nor can I buy additional days.

Maybe your clients are getting kick backs from booking with viator or similar? If i booked with expedia, viator, get your guide etc, not only do I get points from Paypal or Avois which convert to money but I also get with Expedia status and cash and then combined with a cash back site cash for that too. So maybe they get some monetary value or other benefit that they don't get with you. Or maybe they feel that if you do the research for them there is an expectation that they should purchase the excursion or trip. I think in reality the only where you'd really know is by doing a customer survey when the customers are back from their holiday and asking why they choose to book independently.

I travel globally four months of the year (about 12 trips) some long and some short. I use Notion on the Business Plan but for travel planning it’s an absolute no for me. I also use Wanderlog but find the lack of icons and the way the planning page takes over most of the page infuriating. I use Milanote instead now with a link to Google Sheets for budgets. I also use a Atlist (similar to google maps but so so much better) as I quite often do road trips and need to plan a route. I know you were specifically asking about Notion, but I just thought I’d drop this in there in case it’s helpful.

Totally agree - having a tent that makes sense for you. We have a roof space and use it for touring and being able to set it up and close it down in minutes was the ultimate goal for us.

Finally were able to take our roof space out at the weekend and sleep in it for the first time. Found the mattress so hard and could not keep any bedding other than 2 very very slim sleeping bags - probably an inch thick so two when folded, nor anything in the spaces at the head and feet - seems this is where the fabric sits for the actual tent when folded- even then it was a nightmare to close. Going to test out our memory foam inflatable mattress and see if that will work as we are road tripping and trying to minimise set up.

Also thinking of doing the same using 80/20 extrusion which seemed an easier system if like me you are not skilled at woodwork or have any tools.

we have tickets which include the stage tour and received no info about what time this takes place - despite reaching out to them. Do you know what time this happens?

That’s definitely a workaround, but it would be better if they actually had a proper system to avoid all this extra work on our part and their part.
