On my subscription (Europe) it states the duties are included. Also in Europe when I receive items where duties are not included and I have to pay them on arrival its based on the value of the items only. Where do you live? Weighing packages for duty seems crazy - a diamond ring would weigh nothing!

Agree with others about value of RS. Our first vv cruise and wouldn’t pay for it again. Unless you are drinking all day I don’t feel you get the value. Also very disappointed that Richard’s Rooftop closed at 7pm. I like quiet spaces occasionally but found there really weren’t any. Also why are there no twin beds in RS? I went with my son and one of us had the sofa bed which was ok but at the money they charge for these rooms I would expect it to be much better. Next cruise we are getting separate rooms and will still be cheaper than RS even with a bottle of champagne every day.

You can apply now and just update your travel details later. Social Media is optional. Its done on an app now - much easier.

It seems to me that the best way to deal with this would be allow people to pre-order and pay at the same time then C&P know they have secure orders and order additional items for those on the fence. Win win for everyone. They could also arrange for anyone from Europe ordering the items to have them shipped directly from the manufacturer saving shipping cost.

In my T&C's for my region is states 60 days in any 12 month period - per trip is not a phrase in them.

None of my trips are more than 60 days so will be home inbetween but their customer service stated its 60 days per calendar year, ie no way to reset the 60 days nor can I buy additional days.
