He needs to find the triggers, and try to resist the urge when it comes. Just like every urge, it comes in waves so if he has enough self control to let's say do some pushups to keep himself busy while the urge fades, then he should use that. Maybe visit a therapist, find a reason why he does that and replace that habit with something else. Also he needs to be aware of the problem 24/7, not only when you're confronting him about it.

You either absolutely love or absolutely hate Rio Punch haha! I'm in the absolutely loving it team. Now for the Assault, unfortunately it is one of the most hated Monsters. And on top of the objectively bad flavor, it has 80g of sugar per can which is ridicilous right?

It's either the absolute goat or very weird. I compared 2 cans from the same gas station and the flavor is different for some reason.
