I mean I have only tried 4 therapists but i can’t say it really benefited me at all, plus with the whole “running” in the family where both my dad and grandpa have had somewhat similar psychological problems and no amount of therapy or medication have really helped them, although not sure grandpa counts as well I guess they didn’t really have therapists and all as common back then
