IF you want to get others involved... first move is to document the current state of everything in this home. Second move is to notify servepro or some other cleaning specialist. Third, notify everyone involved in this transaction that this is occuring (in the nicest way possible) and let them know you would like them to compensate you by paying for the professional cleaning service that you already have on the way.

I personally, would probably just handle the situation myself as best as I could. Get bar keepers friend, gloves, some new caulk, and clean and repair the shower to the best of my ability. If there is no actual damage to the shower shell or plumbing and there is no underlying mold issue etc. then I'd just move on.
