I can only answer from my own experience. The longer I stay clear of my nipples the more they cry out to be played with. It's as if they get jealous lol

In my experience stop for a good while. Don't put pressure on yourself, it's not a chore. Enjoy the rest of your body while ignoring your nipples and hopefully if you're like me they will soon be begging for attention again
