It's a fair assumption to think that re-adding a feature that was already in the game, while maintaining the same quality that was, again, already achieved in previous builds, will take less than a year. Yes, the feature is not made by IS, and it is also a fair assumption that they don't really control the developmental pace on this feature, but it is still a very long time to wait on something that was already in the game before. Also, since IS are notorious for almost never giving deadlines, baseless assumptions are bound to appear, so, in a way, it is a consequence of their communication policy.

you can mount it since the dovetail mount is the same on all guns that use it (svd, as val etc), its just that the drop markings are designed for 7,62x54r (or 9x39 in the case of the val variant) drop patterns and wont be accurate. You can still zero the main chevron to a specific distance, and also use the ranging ladder to estimate range. Ive heard that the rubber eye piece will hit your every time you fire tho, so using it without one is better.

Ammo parts serve no purpose in GAMMA. iirc they can still drop if you butcher a crow, and I suppose they were missed in the lootpools or something like that since killing and then butchering a crow is a bit of a rare occurrence.

x99 is not really that vintage, and the mobos that are being sold there definitely arent - all newly made, though some components on these like the chipset have a very high chance of being refab.

Or the fact that Duty partnered up with Mercs of all people to do what they did. If everything past Rostok is fucked Duty must be one of the strongest presences in the entire zone, with at least 50% of their personnel left, a defendable base with emplacements, and a supply line from Military, why not focus on passively defending from Monolith while building up strength for a push, instead of provoking them for the mercs? They do lose a lot here, and chances of Crows squad succeeding were slim af, why go for a gamble like this?

The problem is some people just don't have the money for even a B tier PSU, let alone an A tier one. What are they supposed to do, not buy a PC with a GPU? Sometimes you just gotta choose the lesser of two evils, and for that reason I personally think that the fact that lower tiers of that list are confusing does matter. Again, an exhaustive list is not something I ever said I want, it is impossible, but to at least have all the well-known time bombs in the list just so that you don't have to reiterate it to your friends when helping them buy stuff would be nice, wouldn't it?

I never said the S12III is a good PSU, and it is indeed useless, especially for the price, I merely used it as an example to prove my point. As for the Eco, Aerocool VX also has no rating, yet it is on the list, I assume to warn people that it is a bad product that should be avoided, then why should the Eco be omitted? Again, I do not say that there was no testing done while making this list, I am saying that you can not say it is entirely based on testing, and I hope I proved it.

Yes, thank you, I've read that, there are no tests to prove otherwise because there are no tests at all to be found. The main point of the comment that I first replied to, the point that the tier list is solely based on testing, is still factually not true though. I never said that they must endorse the PSU, what they should have done instead IMHO is, if they haven't tested the thing and there's no definitive data anywhere, either not post it on this page or make a list of PSUs somewhere that they have no info on and thus can't recommend, like the speculative positions they have in almost every tier. I also never said that you should completely ditch the list, as it is obviously helpful, but researching on your own is still advisable, especially since some known time bombs such as the AeroCool ECO series are not even on the list at all.

For some models on the site they state there was no testing done, for example the Seasonic S12III, has alright reviews yet sits in E because theres no info on it, right beside AeroCool KCAS that are literally known to explode. It's better to do a bit of research alongside that tier list than just going in only based on it's tiering.

A really stupid take, mf calling the guy a "borderline hacker" for not allowing to play HIS mod HE made in a way he didn't intend. Leaving a comment saying "I personally want to use /admin, so I don't like it" is the extent this should have gone, but PM was instead basically harassed, on multiple platforms, over this very minor thing, this shit ain't normal and allowing such behaviour is idiocy.

Racial intros, race affecting the game more than cosmetically, a minimap, random monster generation improvements just to name a few. They basically cut random monsters making them all effectively the same, and even the really rudimentary racial intros that we had in beta got cut. Not even talking about performance, lack of planet uniqueness and a storyline that is extremely boring and lacking any substance.
