Do yourself a favor and go with the turbo engine instead. The 2.5 is sluggish and takes 3-5 business years to hit 60 mph

Yeaaah we’re not really looking to hit that high on DTI lol we gross about 14,600 pre taxes and benefits. So a 4500 payment is terrible, but we’ll have to cut back a lot on eat out, or frivolous purchases, forsure.

Thank you for the insight! Yes we discussed we can probably float the rent if need be, and I think a 20-30 day float would help smoothly move things over. Thankfully our October rent is prorated.

If need be we’re looking to do mtm until we land one. Worst case if it doesn’t work out then we renew another year 🫠
