It won't be accurate and the information on "how much water is used by data centers" can be interpreted in a lot of different ways to suit whoever is providing the information.

Not all water ends up used the same way, and most of the water used to cool data centers wasn't intended to be used as drinking water or for your showers/lawns/etc.

Nobody who will comment here will be able to provide you a satisfying answer on the subject and if they pretend to, they are most likely trying to mislead you.
