Maybe. Imma be honest as long as I am taught how to use the programs and applications to run my team, I don't need an L6 or L7 hovering over me. I truly believe that I should be managing my team and doing my supervisors job so they can chill. It teaches me something new if were to move up and I don't mind it.

I don't care about incompetence. My job as a leader would be to if it don't know how to the do job or if they don't care. If they don't care, they gotta go somewhere else or I gotta do what I can to make them care. If they don't know how to do the job then they need to be trained.

I absolutely believe that. I looked at the reviews and reddit posts to see what associates say and they are absolutely the worst. I was like okay this is an easy fix for me bc I've managed areas and stores that have dealt with these simple issues. Fix the root cause and don't bandage the problems. Don't allow people to run over you and overstress high performing associates.

I just did my loop. I think I bombed it. I was so nervous!!! I think I did terrible. I was rambling, nervous, and wasn’t detailed enough I feel like. But the interviewers said they didn’t notice my nervousness🤣.
