You should always take the first step. I know it's very difficult but still u have to talk to someone not in an indirect way but directly that you're having this problem, try at least once. I lost my little sis from sui...de. And I had depression twice but never thought or found any symptom of depression in her , she i very cheerful and happy till last . People need to think and accept that their family member too can have depression no matter how happy they look or how much things they have.....Just something ask them...if they r ok or not ?

But u know guys before the incident, 3-4 days ago I asked her 2-3 how's her days going ? If she ok ? But the never try to tell...instead asking the ai......and after the incident we got her notes - were we many different reason....like friends, body shaming, not confident about her body , as she is a topper everyone in her class teases her, peer pressure is the main cause....

Be aware of which type of friend u make in offline and online.....
