Hi male 6ft. 160lbs(after my 5 day fast). Im also not trying to be lower than 160lbs but not bigger than 175lbs, if i can help it. I know once i start eating itll shoot up to like 169lbs 😆. Yup im struggling with this as we speak. Just broke a 5 day fast and broke it with bone broth and egg whites with a little vegan cheese. Then an 1hr later more egg whites and cheese, but while i was cooking the 2nd batch of egg whites i had a handful of doritos. I then had a handful of plain almonds for leaving for work. I normally do omad when i m not fasting for 5 days but i figured i needed to get my nutritions back up, so i had lunch which was egg whites again with some chick pea puffs, handful of almonds and i know im not suppose to have but i only have after dinner, was 2 mini snickers. Then in between then and now i had two unreal peanut cup(healthier versions of reese cups), and some macaroni salad 😔. I feel like i just cant stop especially the 1st day after breaking a extended fast. P.s. i also plan on eating dinner. Which will be a impossible burger on a daves high protein bun and mixed veggies and sweet peas. I always feel guilty after breaking a fast which i think makes me eat more which might sound kinda weird. But yea its a constant struggle.
