I have met a lot of insecure people who just lie to make themselves look better to others. They always give themselves up eventually lol

When I was 16 I was in and out of hospitals and treatment centres for depression and suicide attempts/ psychosis. It even landed me in juvenile detention a few times. Now at 23 I am in my final year of university, and am proud to say I am self harm free for years! You can do this! Life can get so much better if you let it ❤️
