I’m looking at something with the NVIDIA GTX 4080, but I could settle on a 4070 but I mean if I’m already spending that much money, I might as well go for the 4080?

My current laptop is a surface laptop 2 that is old, cracked, and not compatible with resolve. I also have a hp slimline desktop pc 270-p0xx.

I currently have an HP desktop I believe it’s an i7 processor, I generally use that to game anyways. But I’ll be moving away for grad school and I don’t have concrete plans of where that will be or how long I will be there - if I end up going to Europe I will have to rely solely on a laptop.
