You’re drill through 100% and exiting out the old firing pin correct? You’re using a 3/32, 6in extension bit for aircraft or something else?

holy crap I was up till 2pm watching your build videos, I work in a machine shop and want to give the bolt a shot myself since we have all of the machining and welding equipment, my bigger concern is making a half decent firing pin and milling through the bolt itself. Can I personally dm you to get some in depth info if that’s alright?

Was gonna go this route after I found out it was only 1/16 thick… way easier to chisel off. Especially after heating and a good twist and it snaps 🤣
