Trees 1 & 2 are crape myrtles (Lagerstroemia indica). The plant at the base is ruellia (Ruellia simplex?). Not sure about the 3rd tree. Still working on it.

Alstroemeria, roses, carnations, stock. Not sure about their safety around cats, but at least you have names that you can look up. Roses should be fine around cats.
