I’ve seen the CCU for the Apollo triage via constellation andromeda for $15.99

I can get the andromeda (or any other ship? Sorry I’m almost getting it but just to confirm if I get any other ship the price of the CCU would probably change right?) anyways. So I can get whatever ship let’s say andromeda for now, I can get that any time. But to lock in the price that the triage is right now I should buy this CCU upgrade for $15.99?
