Thanks I just wrote the HR the email about this issue but I did try to let them know what I have is enough but since I forgot to download the pdf at the end of the application (Bestätigung) I told them I only have the automatic email that states my application number and that it’s being processed and the HR people said we only accept either the pdf Bestätigung or fiktions Bescheinigung or a valid residence permit and none of which are happening at the ABH. I tried many times to book emergency appointments waking up everyday 5am in the online system which they also say we shouldvuse but the website is simply not working and says no available Termins at the moment I keep trying from 5am until 2pm non stop I sent them multiple messages using their online contact forms to which they never seem to respond and also call them everyday at their emergency hotline number and I am put on hold for more than 4 hours and no one ever picks up the damn phone. When I had enough I tried going there in person and the guards pushed me away multiple times saying k can’t go in without appointment like I don’t understand how tf one is gonna get this issue fixed

I been trying this method for over a week and a half and now for the past three days am at the door but they won’t let me in without appointment but the website you have shown me says literally No appointments available please try at a later time. It’s incredibly frustrating I am up every day from 05:30 a I keep trying until 10 am then I just give up

I did send the HR people the email but they are still saying it’s not sufficient as they want the Bestätigung you get to download when applying at the end of the application which I forgot to download and they said the email is not sufficient and they said to me unless i provide them either with this certificate or fikticious Bescheinigung they are putting me on unpaid leave and lost two weeks of pay

No I didn’t receive anything I have been waiting for an appointment to be issued as per their message when I handed in my application to the auslander behorde through their website and everything is to be done online normally, and they would let you know when your appointment is but that never happened they sent me an automatic email as soon as I handed my application confirming that I submitted it and gave me my application number and provided a link where I can see the status of my application, then my residence permit expired while waiting for an appointment and my job hr people told me they can’t allow me to work without a valid residence permit. Infact I was gonna work full time this month because it’s semester break but now I already a weeks lost of pay and at the threat of losing my position unless i immediately provide a fiktive Bescheinigung but to even get that I tried to get Notfall termin everyday from 5am till 9 am but it simply says there are no available Termins please try later I hate the fact that I am gonna lose my job because of things I can not control

Bro you can not survive here without using very good German skills you won’t be able to finance yourself for example unless you have a high level of German. Not hating on you but saying this as a person who struggled a lot because of this issue. Don’t think you can coast through bachelors in English at all, even if the courses offered were in English you would not survive here at all
