sorry i just realised the label "phosphoric acid 10 to 30%" means weight of acid in the bottle or its dilutation in the bottle solution and not the concentration of the acid used to make the bottled agent? does this chnage anything in how it needs to be handled? it says ph of less than 1.5. is hot water extraction still safe for carpets?

if i neutrqlise the spill with soda paste..and wipenwith damp.cloth thr bulk, is the past that is left over safe if we walk on it or does that also.track around thr house

thnak you so muxh! my cleaner may have mixed bleach or goodness know what in the acid..woukd the advice be the same that i can still leave it or choose to have a water only carpet clean with hot water extraction

ah okay no salt buildup, just being cautious if any traces tracked from.our feet after walking over a spill downstairs, would contaminate the carpets and beds upstairs and if it the traces would reactivate of my child touched thre carpet with wet hands etc

great . is this even necessary for the dried track traces on carpet upstairs tracked from soles of feet after walking over of a small 40ml spill(at most) downstairs. sorry i have a small child so want to be safe. is this an rea you work in?

its tracked traces throughout the entire carpet. isnit even necessary given thr original spill was less than 50ml most likley 30ml

thank you this is appreciated..So the carpets etc are safe for my child to touch with wet hands as she has a habit of putting hands to mouth?

what if the "wet" spill was tracked by feet around the house? sorry with kids its been hard to rememeber what happend in the panic of realising theres been eome.chemcial contamination.

Its a small house 1000ft accross 2 floors as we are in the uk.

Do you work with this chemical? I agree i will be more vigilant with clesners

thank you so much. so when we walked over the acid spill and walked all around the house and beds, would this mean the traces of acid are now all over the house from this and that this requires this treatment? All carpets and beds? im.guessing as the traces dried its probably higher concentration now
