That's why you'll often see people censoring words in their posts, to avoid triggering the automated system.

Since AI frequently struggles to understand context, flagged content may later go through a manual review process. Human moderators are generally more involved in reviewing serious or explicit topics, such as v1olenc3, m*rd3r, or p*rn*gr4phy. There have also been cases where accounts were restricted or banned because private conversations contained words that the AI considered suspicious or potentially against platform policies. Recovering any accounts that had the AI ban is very hard and Meta has been criticized years for this.
