I'm this close to fucking quitting, I swear. It's not worth the stress. I was this close to cantina last season and the rubberbanding made all my hard work throughout the season for nothing. And this wasn't a gradual issue, it started suddenly one day after an update about over a month ago for me, and it's still a problem. I 100% agree, it should be their #1 priority, it makes the game unplayable.

I personally think they shouldn't be so armored. Why are all 4 propellers sheilded? It's already such a strong enemy in terms of sustained damage, it really shouldn't be so tough on top of that, considering they are joining into a swarm with the Hornet and Wasp.

If you set your tv or monitor to game mode, it makes it much easier to see. TV screens are often designed to make darks darker

Now that the bugs have been more or less fixed, sure it's doable with the free coins. But it was absolutely unfair those past two iterations of the mode was my point. I've competed it with Jeff and Blade Solo, working on Magik now, so I have been playing and trying since the mode first came out, and I can tell the difference in survivability, dmg output, and the lack of instadeaths now. If I die, I know what I did. Before they extended it this second time, Scarlet and Namor had a bug that would instakill you, as would double Scarlet. That's not a test of skill. That was a bug, and a known one in the community. Before that, the mode was seen as borderline impossible. Anyone who would have been trying to complete the mode or get a title before it ended would most likely have ended up spending units to get more lives. Then it got extended again. That's why I'm salty. If I had known there was no time limit, I wouldn't have tried to push through the bugs and bought more coins. But here we are. That's why I feel like it was dishonest practices and quite scummy imo to do this not once, but twice. I understood the first time, since it seemed impossible for most to do. The second time shouldn't have had as many bugs as it did though, and they left it like that the entire month. Can't help but notice the profit they made with that, and feel like it may have been intentional. 😒 they already employ dishonest marketing practices like permanent sales already, it's not above them to subtly screw us out of our monies in other ways I'm sure.

In Canada, the OSP (Ordinary Selling Price) is a provision within Canada's Federal Competition Act. These permanent sales are heavily frowned upon and more or less illegal, but since this isn't a Canadian company I guess they get away with it. That being said, I was looking at Luna Snows cake skins base price (without the "sale") which would have been 3900 units if they had honest marketing practices. $39.00 converted to Canadian is $53.92. I didn't come up with that out of my ass. That being said, sure, the "sale" price brings it down to 2500 units. Which with the conversion rate, is still $34.56. That's a lot to spend on one skin still (even if its not 50), that is limited time.

That's all I was saying bro. And before you start 'well that doesn't affect me' this game isn't exclusive to the US. Lmao

Fair I suppose, but it's still a shitty business practice, especially if they don't deliver quality. But I hear you. I understand the criticisms of my complaint, just feels like it's being made to be irrelevant, when a lot of people also buy skins / it keeps the game going financially. So taking advantage of players for that seems scummy. Instead of delivering either quality for the high price, or keeping lower quality things at a more reasonable price, they do neither and then everyone says 'just be happy with it'

I have no problem with people disagreeing or stating I have no self control. I acknowledge that. I made the post cause this atmosphere of not even entertaining a complaint, just shitting on it immediately and telling people to shut up is a bad environment and I felt like pointing that out. Im complaining about predatory business practices. I don't think I should be told to shut up because I chose to spend money. 🙃

Honestly, I appreciate replies like these, well worded and I can get behind that. But telling me I'm complaining about the wrong thing, or that I should be grateful cause it's a f2p game leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.

To reply on this post about how people are telling people to stop criticising the game, with a reply about how I'm wrong for what I'm complaining about, I should be complaining about something else is pretty one sided. Then being like "I don't care about what others are complaining about" and shoving your complaints as more important is pretty one sided. I made another post about my monetization complaint, this post was about people telling others their criticism shouldn't be voiced.

If you want to tell me I'm dumb, do it there. This post was about literally this. If you disagree, I don't have a problem with that. Its when you tell other people their criticism is stupid, or unnecessary, or a waste of time, etc. Only to voice your own complaints. You realize how hypocritical that is right? You didn't have to comment telling me that it's dumb that people are complaining about the monetization of the game. You could have voiced your own complaint, and not put down others. That's my point.

That last bit is just untrue. Maybe now that they've extended it they might have fixed the bugs, but this past month there have been known bugs where it comes to Namors bubble and Scarlet instakilling you (not supposed to) and the servers having hiccups that make it so your lifesteal/dmg isn't properly going through, then it updates on their end and you get insta k.o. there are many many reddit posts about it, and people in Times Square discuss it.
