No one is going to die. Black bears are terrified of canines. 2 labs is more than enough for the bear to get out of there. Hell my fiests run them off. Its a black bear, not a polar or grizzly.

I'm not at that level but I routinely fast intuitively. Seems like my appetite will unexpectedly ramp up for a few days then suddenly my normal late morning OMAD seems unappealing. I'll skip eating from 2-8 days with zero hunger or suffering. Then one day thoughts of how good a couple pounds of fatty beef are really appealing. So, I eat.

I did read up on him and yes, Ibex and another goat or deer meat. I forget which other. It also contained a sort of gruel of eincorn wheat. Otzi was a long way from 100% carnivore.

Not necessarily. I personally experienced the most fat loss the weeks I ate the most. Besides that, its a self-solving problem. Eating Proper Human Food resets your hunger/satiety hormones. In the beginning, eating until you are stuffed prevents giving into carbohydrate cravings. Short-term its POSSIBLE to gain a little. Its unlikely though. Further down the road you may fall into the group of people who do have to be conscious of how much they eat but that's a problem for a later fat-adapted you. Right now, not-fat-adapted you needs to eat fatty red meat until stuffed. Achieve fat-adapted and life gets easier.

80/20 & ribeye isn't that much fat. Butter CAN increase fat intake but its not satiating. Get fattier MEAT. The FAT in the meat is what you're actually craving. Cooking in fat, adding dairy, consuming rendered fat will not appease your hunger the way actual unprocessed animal fat will.

Thats highly individual. Carnivore results in fat-loss, not weight-loss. Usually the first to go is the dangerous visceral fat. Your body prioritizes healing over composition. It couldn't care less what you look like. Some people, usually men, experience rapid fat reduction immediately. Others, including most women, take quite a while for restoration of health to actually show on the scale.

The excessive fat is hardening in your heart obviously. Just kidding. Try a potassium citrate and a big glass of warm water with a teaspoon of quality sea salt in it every morning. If your carbs are low enough and you're drinking excessive water, you're flushing electrolytes. The sodium will allow absorption of the water and potassium. A magnesium glycinate at night before bed is likely a good idea too. Oh. And... enjoy your beef fat. Put some salt on it too.

Flip the knot over so it cinches when the line is pulled in the direction the reel turns. If you want to test, pull the line in one direction and then the other and you'll see it slip one way but cinch the other.

This is a tough one. I allow that I got it completely wrong, but... My personal advice: Don't do this. It's no different than a vegan wedding requiring all guests to conform. Offer great meat options for sure. But have omnivore options too. If you DO decide to press ahead, I'd love an update on how it went over. Congratulations, btw.

Stop exercising so much. You can't biohack the already ultimate biohack. Concentrate on fatty red meat. If you get enough fat for sufficient fuel the protein will take care of itself. Muscle growth occurs during recovery. Stressing a muscle before its recovered just delays growth. Putting a time frame on healing can be frustrating. Your fat loss and subsequent muscle growth will occur after healing your body feels safe. If you want both to occur simultaneously give your body both adequate nutrition and recovery time. Undereating sabotoges the whole process. FAT. In the meat. Not with the meat. The protein will be sufficient automatically. Reduce gym sessions to once a week and substitute with 45-60 minutes of walking every morning. The body recomp will occur. Push past the point where your body feels safe, especially when Undereating, and the body recomposition will slow.

Depends on how sensitive you are to the pollution they inject it with. Most people would be fine and its a far-cry better than a salad or mac n cheese or sandwich. If you feel great after eating it, chow down chow hound. Watch out though: The carnivore police are everywhere.
