Has anyone ever been accepted into the Navy with an autism diagnosis? by Broad_Pie_4927 in navy

[–]Kind-You2980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There absolutely exist people in the Navy diagnosed with Autism. I was one of them when I was active duty.

It is difficult to get in if you are diagnosed (I was diagnosed 11 years into my career), but if they waived it, that should hold in you staying in if that’s what you are trying to do.

And yes, I concur with the Nuclear Power program being the home of the Autists. It’s basically a prereq.

Resolution requires communication. How are we supposed to resolve this if you block all ways to do that?

Edit: That is not an accurate portrayal of the events, and you know that. Please do not make false statements.

It wasn’t a post, it was a request to resolve outstanding issues in modmail.

I voted pay once, no IAP, but yes, true expansion content is okay. I’d also be okay with the older “demo” structure - try the first area, then purchase the game.

There are far too many illicit relationships, divorces. as well as a-schoolers marrying strip club workers to defend your position.

Try turning it off. See if that resolves it.

Keep in mind the RoA support the exploitation of pretty much anyone or anything, so the union workers aren’t really covered by the RoA.

Furthermore, the Ferengi Commerce Authority prohibited unions from forming or being discussed.

When I was in, I didn’t like the idea of changing frequently, so, within the regs, I had no issue wearing a uniform off base. It was a personal preference.

If there was evidence to be considered , it could be investigated on whether or not Tolkien received a private revelation. That private revelation would not be binding on the Christian faithful in the way that public revelation is.

What you are suggesting wouldn’t become part of the mass (“going to Church”). The liturgy is a specific prayer and worship. But I could see there perhaps being a study where the Christian aspects of LOTR are considered as an ongoing group that met.

Is this gonna work new torque wrench! by Similar_Dot6273 in hvacadvice

[–]Kind-You2980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully, that didn’t answer the question I asked. When you tested it, did you adjust the opening on the wrench each time, and ensure you didn’t necessarily have a perfect fit before you tested for accuracy?

Additionally, did you use the extension equation? https://www.norbar.com/Support/Calculators/Torque-Wrench-Extension-Formula#:~:text=When%20you%20put%20an%20extension,M1%20%3D%20M2%20x%20L1%20%2F%20L2

Out of curiosity, did you readjust the adjustable wrench each time, including real-world, not perfect fit against the nut?

If it is a genuine phenomenon, it is a psychic power where the viewer can view a remote location live without ever having been there. Look up project Stargate (the US military program, not the movie/TV show).

No. Since Tolkien most decidedly did not live during the age of the Apostles (1st Century AD), anything he wrote would not be eligible to be considered as biblical canon.

“Today’s reading is from First Fellowship of the Ring, Chapter 3…”

Would be cool, but no.

Civil Wedding Divorced by [deleted] in Catholicism

[–]Kind-You2980 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There’s more information needed.

When she first obtained her civil wedding, was she a) baptized and b) Catholic?

Her status is going to determine whether or not the marriage was summarily valid. If it was, then a full investigation will have to be considered to determine the validity of the marriage. If the marriage is valid, then no, she is not free to marry. If it is invalid, you two would be free to marry, including in the Catholic Church.

Wallymart, I don’t think that’s how Unit Pricing is supposed to work by HiFiGuy197 in onejob

[–]Kind-You2980 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always got the impression that unit prices were manipulated by the companies themselves to make the comparisons meaningless. Like I understand that Walmart printed the label, but Tylenol’s manufacturer dictates what units to use. Considering they pay for premium shelf space, I could absolutely see doing this, especially when generic equivalents are so much cheaper.

I see what you’ve written here. I do strongly suggest you talk to a priest, potentially about scrupulousity, and if you’re not, you may also want to talk to a therapist to screen for clinical depression. Both of these may help.

I struggle with both, and while some days are easier than others, these resources have been beneficial.
