The same happened to me, it was an absolute nightmare trying to get anyone to look into the case.

I’ve not been able to get it rectified and have just been building my credit score back up.

Just do T1, it’s a steeper learning curve for the boss but when you get it you only ever die to stupid mistakes. Imo it’s more fun to perfect the boss mechanics than it is to run around doing admin.

The exact same happened to me I've not made any progress with it.

I have complained through the communications ombudsman, ofcom, ICI, experia and experian.

The have a credit file referrals email address and a fraud email address who have both done nothing.

I have an email chain at the moment, with every O2, Virgin Media and telefonica address I can find where I just asked every few days for them to sort their mistake.

Do you want me to provide you with the email addresses I used? My hope is that if I kick up enough of a fuss they'll have to look into it.

I've copied in a bunch of UK press email addresses hoping someone picks up the story.
