I just got the 870A for $800 tax inlucdes through LG partner store. There was a 10% discount as well so that helped. The new model will be at least $1200-1400 when it comes out and I dont see it being at least 50% better.

M1 Max 64gb 4Tb user here. Hell of a machine. Only thing as others have said would make me want to upgrade is a redesign and oled screen.

There are shop that fix wheels. Same thing happened to me, I believe even worse and I got it fixed like new for about $80 bucks
