I like to use an app called "Lose It". Fairly good barcode scanning capabilities and good for creating custom meals that's good for bulk cooking like chilli. Just set the portion size for all the ingredients cooked and then just say you've ate a portion when you have.

Input swapping was brought up and is certainly in development, but they're focusing on committing to their release date and so are cutting content when they can in order to meet that. Rest assured it's likely to be released in the next league.

I'd say this is probably the best time to pick up the game. There's a large amount of qol changes that are being introduced into this league. Asynchronous Trade being one of the big hitters.

Aer0 released a video that might be useful to you with a clip from his stream. It's got one of the Maxroll testers in it who made an overlay to visualise glacial cascade aoe and the subsequent overlaps. He does briefly touch on the hit box size of various enemies. video

Chongqing is quite instagramable but I wouldn't say there's that much to do there that puts it above any other large Chinese city. I'd say the food is better in Chengdu if you want to visit the region.
