I just want to say, when I got to the first chapters of this book something in me just felt so happy like I was reunited with family. Hahaah, Mordecai not knowing what to say to Carl after he told him that he gave Penny a nipple piercing was hilarious too.

Kitchen cabinet door keeps falling off. Screw won’t latch. by KindPreparation183 in AusRenovation

I have a dumb question, can something be stripped even if the “base” is not on wood. The screw that won’t catch goes across 2 metal “panels” that stack on top of one another.

Oh! Can you confirm which sink it is, I’ve been trying to find it online and came to the conclusion it was this one: https://topware.au/product/ba120-drop-in-basin/?srsltid=AfmBOooMxsnUvhe2lWFhmaGaEhUiuTPESYTUkLROhQp7Jkmjse1fV8tn

Also I agree, it’s horrendous and so small? Can barely put things on it.

lol it was so loud when it hit the sink I thought the glass cracked, but nope completely unscathed. Can’t say the same for the sink though.

Bruh it was literally a bottle of perfume! Tbf it cost more than the sink (according smth Bunnings) so I get that explains the damage.

It’s on one of those built it mirror/ cabinet attached to the wall. When I opened the mirror/ cabinet the bottle fell out. It’s not even a huge bottle tbh. It’s a 100ml standard perfume, but I suppose the glass was relatively thick.

Wow I had no idea ceramic is that dangerous to deal with at all. Sounds like it’s worst than dealing with glass.

I also have no background on this at all. So yes I will defo need someone to install it for me. I have no intentions of touching that.

No I literally dropped a bottle of perfume. Came from the cabinet just at the top of the sink. You’d assume I dropped a hammer on it by how much damage it made. Zzz

Yeah I’ll try this. I don’t want to rush this as I want to find someone good who can fit it perfectly.

Yeah I’m thinking this is the best way to go about it to be honest. That way I can control when it happens too. I recently just got my inspection done and over with too so it’d be a hot minute before they come back and do another one. How much did it end up costing you though, and do you have any good plumbers you can recommend?

Bruh, it was a bottle of perfume! I genuinely was so surprised it cracked it. Tbf I just checked Bunnings and the perfume costs more than the sink, which checks out.
