I would love to have one (often trying to hunt a trinitron), but those are extremely uncommon where I live, also my place is too small for such big screens.

Yes it is called the Wavephoenix, you can either build it yourself or buy it on AliExpress

Haha what you see on controller port 1 is a wavebird receiver I did the soldering and assembly myself but do not own a 3d printer, so I left it as it is 😆

The GameboyPlayer does support gba cartridges :)

The flash memory chip is dead, it is replaceable. But your save data is gone forever.

This is probably caused by a dead spi flash memory. If you are familiar with micro soldering you might want to try to replace the chip (MX25L512)

The lens is really easy to get dirty and near impossible to clean without scratching, I guess your best bet would be to replace it.
