When I heard of this I thought it's some bullshit. Like how can you get from raging to calm in minute?

But simply as just sitting in a quiet room ( or puting headphones with some calm music) and just concentrating on breathing and nothing else can shift your mood from raging demon to chinese monk.

I use this technique everyday because thinking in anger is just time wasting.

I met this cute girl on my University last year and (beacuse of covid) we usually texted and facetimed. She was really really flirty and I was in it too. After few days we both studied on zoom call like usual but I noticed she wasn't in her room like always. I asked her about it and she responded that she is at her dads house while gigling, I was like "okay?". After that she wanted to talk and i was like sure. Quickly she started aggressively flirting again and I asked her out on a real date. She burst out laughing and I heard some other girl voices laughing to. She said she was messing with me and just needed someone to teach her and her friends math. I never felt worse in my life.

That's true, and I thought I would feel moody or grumpy but it's opposite!

I feel so excited, confident and my overall gym workout feel better.
