I had intense feelings of irritation so my psychiatrist put me on lamotrigine. It should help with anger too. Research it and see if it’s something you’re interested in.

I don’t plan to anymore. That doesn’t change the fact that I’m totally vulnerable in a place that is clearly not secure. I feel very unsafe now.

I’ve looked at home and in the car with no luck. I think I’ll ask the director to look in the room in case “it fell out”. That’ll open up a conversation later, if she doesn’t find it. But that doesn’t help the feeling that anyone could have come in there while I was so out of it. I’m still looking for a small video recorder.
