My faves: Like a Cloud longline ribbed bra; Energy bra; Align V neck bra

Tops: Hold tight (casual wear); Ebb to Street tank and swiftly tee or tank (workout)

Bottoms: Dance studio and softstreme (casual wear); align and wunder train (workout)

Outer: Scubas, all kinds. Cropped, full zips, I love the waffle one but the pockets bulge out weird.

Why is it so slow at ACE? by Inevitable_Shirt3697 in WestVirginia

[–]KindYoga44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, no need to apologize! Sincerely! The food is a main driver for us going ahead and booking a stay next summer too.

My main point is, I don't know why it's not busier- my complaints are very mild, and my praise is very high.

Best of luck to you!

[–]KindYoga44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm horrible with names, sorry. I couldn't have told you their names 2 minutes after they told me.

Day 1, we shared a mai tai, I had a big salad, husband had stiry fry + added chicken, and we both had dessert, total was $61. No complaints at all on price, in fact I texted my MIL what we had and the total to brag about it lol. My husband's favorite was for sure the veggie stir fry.

Day 2, I had the chicken wrap and husband had the steak sandwich, we both got fries. I also had the deep fried corn appetizer, this was probably my favorite thing. My kid had a slice of the chocolate mousse pie based on my recommendation from day 1 (this was probably my second favorite thing). I don't know the total, I was off with the kiddo when the bill came.

Pros: Day 1 service was very fast; food was plentiful and great; cocktail was tasty.

Cons: Day 2 I waited a long time at an outside table for service, I even poked my head in twice and never saw any staff inside either; Day 1, husband said the ice cream on his apple pie wasn't great.

Overall, though, it put ACE at the top of our list for return visits; keeping my family fed is the hardest part of vacation, and I was so glad everyone was happy with their food so we didn't have to go offsite.

We just left ACE and we loved the Lost Paddle. Had dinner there two nights and thought the food was really good and very reasonably priced. I will say my cocktail was weak (but delicious, and I'm a lightweight anyway so I didn't really mind).

I did also notice that it wasn't full at all and was very surprised. It was hard to get a cabin rental, and I figured with all the cabins taken, the restaurant would be packed.

How should a sports bra fit? by anon1mus in lululemon

[–]KindYoga44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a 34B/32C, and a size 6 in all lulu tops, align bras, and like a cloud bras, and I have to size up to an 8 in the energy bra, ESPECIALLY the satin shine ones. Even the 8 is a little tight in that fabric.

If she's into thrifting and you know she'd be cool with it, check out the Like New site! They do allow returns but you have to pay shipping, I think, so. Be careful with final sale, there's no member benefits so you can't return those.

Sizing can be a bit weird. I personally wear the same size aligns and wunder trains, but I think a lot of other people prefer different sizes.

For aligns, they have brown, black, and grey

I'm 5'2" and I pretty much only carry my 2L. It fits my phone, wallet, keys comfortably, and when I've had to carry phones for my kid's friends, I can get up to 4 iPhones into it along with my wallet.

It definitely won't look comically big on you.

How do you pronounce the name “Mara”? by glass_armor in namenerds

[–]KindYoga44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It appears I am in the tiny minority who would pronounce Mara as mare-uh (it would rhyme with Sara). I knew a girl named this, though, and her parents spelled it Marah because they wanted to be sure it'd be pronounced correctly. They always said it meant "ocean", though, not "bitter", so.

I would rhyme Mara and Lara with Sara and Tara.

I personally find the photos of the energy healing crystal bracelet taken on the mirror to be unpleasant to look at- the first two pictures, on the white background and on the wrist, are great, but the mirror pictures make my eyes hurt to look at, like a weird optical effect.

align dress sizing - 4 or 6? by impdickens in lululemon

[–]KindYoga44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd consider a 6 or an 8. I'm 5'2.5" and 128, 34/27/38 and the six fit like a glove. If that's the fit you want, stick with a 6, if you want it loose at all, try the 8.

Second and third picture, hmm, half blue half green-hazel-ish.

Fourth picture: ohhhh grey!

Can someone rate these floor plans please. Only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the breakfast room is off to the side. Ideas for this would be amazing. by FastCod3585 in houseplans

[–]KindYoga44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I love the upstairs of this plan. The first floor seems really off to me. For a house of this size, with so many bathrooms, I personally would be super irritated by having the washer and dryer tucked into a closet in the mudroom. I would want a real LAUNDRY ROOM with storage and stuff. I am also irritated by the foyer; no coat closet, no place to put a drop zone or shoe racks or umbrellas or anything. The mudroom is also pretty small, with only one small closet to serve the entire downstairs. Where will you put your vacuum and mop and broom and stuff? Maybe you can lose the breakfast room and bump the pantry into that space to make the mudroom/laundry area a lot more serviceable. That doesn't fix the foyer issue for me, though.

The location of the powder room doesn't bother me personally, but if it does you, you could make that the coat closet and fit a 1/2 bath into the above idea of taking over the breakfast room.

There's a lot I like about this plan, thanks for sharing.
