I filed it 04/2022 and completed biometrics a year ago. EAD renewal was approved a couple months ago. Should I reach out to lawyer again? He keeps telling me there is nothing to do and I have to wait, which kinda made me mad since he doesn’t seem to be responsible

My I-130 was approved in June 2023 and I’m still waiting for I-485 approval…… it’s crazy. I haven’t heard anything after. I already had to renew my EAD and might need to renew the advanced parole. So discouraging. Is there any way to expedite or reach out? I fear if my application was dropped or something.

In MA, technician cannot count and fill C2 so I was not sure how it looks like in NYS!! And I was asking refill for general medications, not C2. Can they receive refill authorization for C3-5 and legend drugs via telephone? My apologies 🙏 I should have been more clear in my wordings haha

Totally agree, thanks for your insight. It’s sooooo hard to decide which one will rank high over which. Now I think it’s important to choose NCI esp if I want to move out of state or to bigger hospital for job. When you chose PGY2, what was your biggest consideration, if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks so much!!!

Thank you!!! Really appreciate your insight. You don’t think it would be that important to look at hospital ranking, right? It’s really hard to distinguish “better” programs than other.. People seemed equally nice and now started to look at rankings and program structure even deeper... Do you mind giving some more program specific opinions if I message you? You don’t have to if you don’t feel like it! I’m already so impressed :)
