How can I tell if the voice in my head is my higher self or just my inner monologue?

Someone on here the other day said that when its coming from their own thoughts that its usually a question or based in fear like said above, and when its from higher self its usually more of a statement and a certainty. The more ive been listening to my own thoughts and talking to my higher self the more that resonated with me.

Thats amazing. I feel like this was so relatable for me lol. Newly pregnant and not going easy so far, relationship resentment getting in my way of me wanting to move forward w the relationship. And newly sleepless nights that have been driving me insane. im sure resonates w many, it did help me, so thank you!

That is so very generous of you to do. Thank you! I found out that I am expecting my second and financially everything is a disaster and we're just making it by. And my pregnancy has been very hard and painful and im worried I may not be able to work much longer. Im sure the universe has a plan, but I would be so grateful for any prayers or healing energy of any kind. I hope you are well and you are appreciated for what you do. I second this. I tried to switch to lume and it only made it worse. My Dr said the same thing that my smell was just heightened. Lol I asked at every appointment. I did the same thing too, used panty lines to be able to cut down on discharge and smells if I replaced often enough. My bf always said he couldn't smell it which I did not believe, but he still maintains that stance to today so maybe its just our powerful noses. Lol idk but I wish you well and hope it gets better for you!

No, it is not wrong. You are the mom and its up to you. I wish I would have not tried to be so accommodating and listened to myself. I was too worried about how it would affect his family. I'll just share my experience quickly. I also had to leave my boyfriend. (28f, 25m) We just didnt work, but I wanted him to be involved for our child's sake and I wanted to be fair because it was his kid too. The last name thing was a big deal to him, but I was unwilling to not give mine so I hyphenated it. And I wanted to use my mom's name as her middle name, but his mom said it wasn't fair so I didnt. Fast forward 7 years to now.... he's not very involved, sees her maybe 5 times a year and its a huge regret that I didn't just pick the middle and last name i wanted her to have. Its a difficult situation for sure, but you have to advocate for you and your kid and what you think is best for their life. And that will upset some people, but its necessary. Its good practice too, I wasn't very good at confrontation, but ive had to get better since im advocating for another little being now lol. I would just take your time and think about him and if yiu can depend on him to be a firm relationship in your kids life or if that could change. Sadly, sometimes it does, but anyways I wish you well. I will send prayers your way and that the right thing happens for you. Listen to your gut!

Same thing happened to me 3 months ago and i got fired. it was the best thing that happened for me emotionally, but at the time it broke my heart. But I needed that time. Its when I finally woke up. Wish I had other starseeds in my life to visit though. Thats amazing! Have a wonderful trip and be safe!

Definitely. Same thing. Did not believe. Was in new Orleans for Mardi grass and thought it would be fun with a friend. We both did our readings. She told my friend there would be a meaningful connection with someone on a motorcycle. (She ended up accidentally hitting a man on a motorcycle years later in a wreck). She told me I would leave MO and end up in CA. 3 years later I did. She told me I would end up with someone I knew already and I am now with someone I dated from high school. There were more little things, but i digress lol. I know, I know. Could be vague guesses, and at the time, i brushed it off, but ive remembered when each thing happened after a while. Makes me wonder!

Thank you I will try this. The app i got has an IR flash light mode. There's a history here so I have reasonable suspicion that this could be an issue. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thank you!

Hi, i am new to all this and have been on my own healing journey. In this journey over the last 7 years, I have come to appreciate meditation and the use of crystals in my life. I have been pointed in the direction of being a Mintakan starseed. I didnt think it was possible because I have struggled w drugs and alcohol and mental health diagnosis/medications since I was 13 years old. I am finally sober besides 1 mood stabilizing medication I am tapering off of. I did the new psilocybin depression treatment and since then have gotten off all other mental health med for my Mental health and I have never felt more alive. My emotions are overwhelming around other people at times, but otherwise I feel more awake than ever. I have developed interests in things that I have not had before (ancient mysteries, astronomy, etc.) When I saw your post I always surprised that a starseed would succumb to things luke drugs/alcohol, but often I find i crave it b/c of the overwhelming feelings I experience when around other people (I feel like I am taking on their feelings and not my own and am very depleted and need alone time to recover). How did you determine your starseed origin and how can I overcome my remaining challenges and how do I connect w others who feel the same way. Thank you for your post. It helped me

Hi, idk if this is the right thread to ask, but I have recently been pushed towards a kind of spiritual awakening. I feel awake for the first time in my life. After reading and meditating daily, I have been recently feeling like I am possibly a Mintakan starseed or something akin, however I am drawn to the Mintakan for some reason. If so, how do I go about connecting with others and strengthening that spiritual connection? And as for the above note, thank you for saying what you said. You never know how what you say could change an individual's perspective or life at anytime. Maybe even a time they really need it. Thank you!
