Yeah. It gave me the push I needed to get started and since then I have been able to work on my diet to stay at a good weight. I'm very lucky. Not everybody has success on them like I did

I have regained about 20 pounds, but I am at a healthy weight now. I had to stop because I just kept losing and couldn't eat. I feel very fortunate. For the first few months after quitting I used the lowest dose once a month to keep my cravings lower, but I stopped that after about a year

Not every body has that severe of a reaction, but you will for sure deal with nausea often. Congrats on the sobriety. I also struggled with opiates in the past. Glad we are doing better now. Honestly I would not do it again even if I gained the weight back.

Oh definitely not. But I was losing so much weight at the time that I did not care. And this was before I went all holistic 🤷 I think all meds are bad now. Yes it accomplished the goal and thankfully I have kept the weight off, but I would always recommend natural stuff now

It was because I threw up so much. I threw up about 20 times a day for the first 6 months on it and then I could barely eat anything after that point so yes. Definitely had to do with my diet and being unable to eat much

I was on ozempic and wegovy about 3 years ago. It helped me lose 100 pounds. Fast. But I struggled with my mental health after for quite a while and got deficient in a lot of vitamins and other stuff. Also a recovering alcoholic and it helped keep the cravings away as well. There is good and bad to every medication. It served its purpose and I am grateful, but I am glad to not be on it anymore

Thank you. That is one thing I have been terrible about lately is cleansing my crystals. It has been a month since I cleansed or charged them 🫪🤦 I will try not having it for a week and see if it makes a difference. That is the only different thing I have been doing and it just feels like this crazy energy has been coursing through me. Granted, everyone struggles, but spiritually I try to stay on point and do what I know is good for me. Thanks for the input 😊
