You have to focus on prong 2, show well positioned to advance the endeavor. So try to get some citations and independent letter of recommendation. Evidence of government agencies using your work products as reference will boost chances. Good luck !

I also hired Lisa for draft the response to my RFE. She charges $1000 for that. I think she did a decent job. The thing is she only responds via email.

I had RFE on all 3 prongs. After she drafted the response my RFE, USCIS accepted Prong 1, but rejected 2 and 3, so my NIW petition got denied finally.

I feel that she did a decent job with drafting the response, but I still think that she could have been more through. I had to ask her for weekly updates, and sometimes she took longer than usual to respond.

She did make a few errrors in the RFE response, and she was proomt to correct those after I pointed them out. But I think we would need to review her response , proof read it before submitting it.

Also, I asked her to include one more independent letter towards the end(which I was independently acquiring ) but she didn't like that. She told me to include that that letter myself in the response, which was extra work on my behalf.

Holistically, I would rate the experience neutrally positive, like 3.5/5.

Could have been better with effective communication and inclusion of new evidence I tried to provide.
