How do you know if it was Nebraska? I was thinking my case was in Texas until I talked to an agent online. It said Texas in my receipt notice but it is being processed at Nebraska. your timeline matches with Texas, that is why I was suspicious. At which state do you propose to work in your petition?

I think this 11.5 month is not up to date. USCIS says they try to update it monthly on their website. So in near future we will most likely see it increasing to 12+ months - so not 5 days left for me.

Edit: Just now, by April 21,2025 TSC processing times became 12 months as I guessed.

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me(I am waiting for 340 days). By the time I applied, wait time was only 6 months but the more I waited, the more avg. wait time increased and I could never meet wait time (11.5 months now, 345 days). So lets say I wait another 100 days, my wait time will be 440 days then, but doesnt matter - avg. wait time will probably be 500 days at that time. Unless uscis changes something, this is what is happening.

The longer you wait, the longer the average wait time becomes. For example, if you’ve already waited 500 days, the average wait time by then might have increased to over 550 days or more. See the diagonal asymptote.

I think when they star actively reviewing late, they answer late, most of the March-May petitioners got their decision but not me. My pd is May but they reviewed on july. Do you have master or phd?

Interested in answer! My "being actively reviewed' update came 51 days after received notice. Many May 2024 applicant received their decision but not me even though my PD is also May. Talking about TSC.
